Adding agents to your team

How the team lead gives agents from Follow Up Boss their own Trevy login. Every plan includes your whole team.

Updated October 17, 2026

Your agents get hot-lead alerts and reply tasks in Follow Up Boss whether or not they have a Trevy login. Adding them to your team gives each agent their own login, using your FUB connection and covered by your plan.

Add agents

Agents are added from the team lead's Trevy login, the one connected to FUB. Agents' own logins don't have the Team tab.

  1. Go to Settings → Team.
  2. Click Add Agents.
  3. Trevy lists the users in your FUB, apart from you, with their email and FUB role. Tick the ones you want, or Select All.
  4. Click the add button. It shows how many you picked, for example Add 3 Agents.

Each agent gets an email, "You're invited to join Trevy", with a Create Your Account button. They sign up with the same email address they have in FUB, any way they like: Sign up with Google, Sign up with Microsoft, or a password. With a password, they join your team once they click the link in the confirmation email Trevy sends, which proves the address is theirs. An agent who already has a Trevy login with that email joins your team the next time they sign in.

Once an agent joins, their login is active straight away, skips setup and is paid for by your plan. In the Team Members list each person shows as Active or Invited — waiting to register. You're listed first, as Owner.

How many people your plan includes

All of them. There are no per-agent fees and no limit on people: your price is set only by the contacts Trevy works. See Plans and pricing. The Team Members card shows how many people are on your team.

Removing an agent

In Settings → Team, click Remove next to their name. Their Trevy login is no longer covered by your plan. Removing someone in Trevy changes nothing in FUB, and their FUB contacts still get hot-lead alerts as before.

For what an agent's login shows, see What agents see.
