Plans and pricing

Trevy charges one price for your whole team. The price is set by how many contacts Trevy works, not by how many agents you have. There are no per-agent fees and no setup fee, and you can cancel anytime.

What counts as a contact Trevy works

A contact in your Follow Up Boss (FUB) database counts when they:

• have an email address,
• aren't in FUB's Trash stage or deleted from FUB,
• haven't unsubscribed and aren't on Trevy's do-not-contact list,
• are in the stages and tags you picked for Trevy (with both, a contact needs one of each),
• aren't on your Leave out list,
• aren't an agent, lender or vendor (unless they're also buying or selling), and aren't one of your own team's users in FUB.

Each person counts once, by email address, even if they have more than one FUB record. If you haven't picked any stage or tag, Trevy works no one and the count is zero.

You pick stages and tags during setup, and can change them any time on the Contacts page, under Who Trevy works. The Leave out list is on the same page: stages, tags, agents' contacts and sources Trevy never writes to. Narrowing your picks or leaving more out lowers the count, and with it the price. The plans

Each plan covers up to a set number of contacts.

• Up to 2,500 contacts: $199 a month, or $159 a month billed yearly ($1,908 a year). Includes 1,000 AI emails a month.
• Up to 7,500 contacts: $399 a month, or $319 a month billed yearly ($3,828 a year). Includes 2,500 AI emails a month.
• Up to 15,000 contacts: $699 a month, or $559 a month billed yearly ($6,708 a year). Includes 5,000 AI emails a month.
• Up to 30,000 contacts: $1,099 a month, or $879 a month billed yearly ($10,548 a year). Includes 10,000 AI emails a month.
• Up to 50,000 contacts: $1,499 a month, or $1,199 a month billed yearly ($14,388 a year). Includes 17,000 AI emails a month.
• Each 10,000 contacts more: add $200 a month, or $160 a month billed yearly, and 3,400 more AI emails a month.

Yearly billing is 20% off and is charged once a year, as twelve months at the yearly price.

People on your plan

Every plan includes your whole team, however many people that is. Adding agents never changes your price: only the contacts Trevy works do. See Adding agents to your team.

AI emails

The AI emails each plan includes are a fair-use allowance, about one email for every three contacts. See AI email credits.

Where to see your price

The Contacts page shows how many contacts Trevy works, counted again with each change you make there. The team lead also sees the plan and price for that count, monthly and billed yearly.

In Settings → Billing, the Current Plan card shows your plan, how many of your contacts Trevy works, how many AI emails a month your plan includes, and what you pay. Below that, Trevy shows the price for the contacts it works today, monthly or "Yearly, 20% off", next to the full list of plans.

How your price changes

Trevy counts your contacts once a day, straight from FUB. When they grow past your plan, it moves you up that day to the plan that fits, and you pay the difference for the rest of the billing period then. It moves you down at a renewal when a smaller plan covers you. See How your plan changes.
