Payment, invoices and cancelling

How to add or update your card, find your invoices, what happens if a payment fails, refunds, and how to cancel.

Updated October 24, 2026

Billing belongs to the team lead. Everything here is in Settings → Billing, a tab only the team lead sees. Agents on your team don't manage billing.

Add a card

At the bottom of the Current Plan card, under your price:

  • During your free trial, click "Add a card", enter your card and click "Save card". Nothing is charged until the trial ends. See Your free trial.
  • Otherwise, click "Start your subscription", enter your card and click the "Subscribe" button, which shows the price. The first charge is taken now.

Choose "Monthly" or "Yearly, 20% off" before you click. See Plans and pricing.

Update your card

The Current Plan card shows your card's brand, last four digits and expiry date. Click "Update Card" to change it. If there's no card on file, the button reads "Add Card".

Your bill and invoices

  • The Current Plan card shows what you pay a month or a year, a line for each part of your bill, and your next payment date. Changes partway through a billing period are prorated automatically.
  • The Invoices card lists your paid invoices, each with its date, amount and a PDF link.

If a payment fails

If a payment on your plan fails, Trevy pauses sending until your billing is current. Check your card in Settings → Billing and update it if it has expired or changed. As soon as a payment goes through, your account is active again and sending resumes.

Cancel your plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing and scroll to Cancel plan.
  2. Click "Cancel Plan".
  3. Read the confirmation, "Cancel your plan?". It says your plan ends with this billing period, and on what date, and that Trevy keeps working until then. It lists what stops when the plan ends: follow-up emails, monthly market reports and timely emails to your contacts, hot-lead alerts and moving leads no one reached, and handing contacts' replies to their agent. It also says your data in Trevy is deleted 30 days after the plan ends.
  4. Click "Cancel plan" to confirm, or "Keep my plan" to keep it.

You'll see "Your plan has been cancelled. Access continues until your billing period ends." Your plan isn't renewed. Until the period ends, Trevy keeps working as before. After it ends, Trevy stops writing to your contacts, stops hot-lead alerts and moving missed leads, and stops handing replies to agents.

Refunds

Payments are final: Trevy doesn't refund subscription payments, the charge when your plan moves up, or email packs. Cancelling stops the next charge, and Trevy keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for. When your plan moves down, the difference is credited to your next bill rather than paid back. See the Terms of Service.

Cancelling during the free trial

If you added a card during your free trial and cancel before the trial ends, the trial ends without a charge. If you never added a card, there's nothing to cancel: when the trial ends, Trevy stops emailing your leads until you add one.

Plan changes and credits

Your plan moves up the day your contacts grow past it, with the difference charged then, and down at a renewal, with the difference credited to your next bill. See How your plan changes. For the AI emails your plan includes each month, see AI email credits.
