The team report

What is in Trevy's report to the team lead, weekly, daily or both, including the appointments and closings Trevy helped with, who gets it, and how to change settings straight from it.

Updated October 20, 2026

Trevy emails the team lead a report: what Trevy did, the appointments and closings that came from it, how your team followed up on hot leads, and links to change what Trevy does. It comes weekly, on Monday unless you pick another day. You can get a short daily note instead, or both.

Who gets it

  • It goes to the team lead only: the Trevy login whose email matches your Follow Up Boss account's owner, a broker or an admin. Agents' own logins never get it, so nobody sees teammates' numbers.
  • It counts across every Trevy login on your FUB account.
  • It's on by default. To turn it off or on, go to Settings → Alerts and reports → Team Report.

How often it comes

In Settings → Alerts and reports → Team Report, while the report is on, pick under How often:

  • Weekly: the weekly report, on the day you pick under Weekly report on. Until you pick one, it's Monday.
  • Daily: a short note about the day before, only on mornings with news. No weekly report.
  • Both: the weekly report on its day, and the daily note on the other mornings with news. On the weekly report's day only the weekly report comes, and it covers the day before too.

Your choice saves as soon as you pick it. You can also change it with a tap in either email. See "Changing settings from the report" below.

When it comes

  • It comes in the morning, between 8am and noon in your time zone. See Sending hours and time zones.
  • You get one report email a morning at most, even if you change the setting after one has gone. For example, switch to Daily after Monday's weekly report, and the first note comes Tuesday.
  • A week or a day with nothing to report sends nothing.

Changing the day

A weekly report covers the seven days before its day. A Monday report covers Monday to Sunday of the week before. A Thursday report covers Thursday to Wednesday.

When you change the day, the first report on the new day starts where your last one ended, so no day is in two reports and none is left out. If the new day comes less than six days after your last report, or after a quiet week with nothing to send, that first report waits a week. Then it covers every day since.

For example, say your report came on Monday:

  • Move it to Tuesday, and nothing comes the next day. The Tuesday after brings a report on the eight days since Monday.
  • Move it to Sunday, and the report comes that Sunday, on the six days since Monday.

What's in the weekly report

What Trevy did. Hot leads flagged to agents, and how many had a text ready or were tagged Trevy Hot. Emails sent through FUB, by kind. Tours requested and confirmed. Leads who replied, which stopped Trevy's emails to them. Contacts Trevy checked in with after months without opening or clicking.

Opens and clicks. How many of last week's emails were opened and clicked by the time the report was sent, for each kind: follow-ups, market reports, check-ins and timely emails. With fewer than 20 of a kind, it shows counts instead of percentages. Opened includes the opens Apple Mail makes on its own, so it reads high. Clicked counts only the contact's own clicks, not a mail scanner checking the links. Tour emails aren't counted.

Results. Appointments set and deals closed last week with contacts Trevy engaged, with their names, and the totals since your team started with Trevy. It counts a contact who did any of these at any time before the appointment or closing: clicked a Trevy email, visited their market report, replied, asked for a tour, or was flagged to their agent as a hot lead. Opening an email doesn't count, since many email apps open emails on their own.

A deal counts as closed once it's moved to a stage with "Closed" in its name in Follow Up Boss, such as Closed or Closed - Paid. Stages like Closed Lost or Closed - Fell Through don't count. Trevy can't see a closing until the deal's stage is moved, so keep your deals' stages up to date in FUB. Appointments count when they're set in FUB, including the ones Trevy's tour requests create.

Follow-through by agent. For each agent: how many hot leads they had, how many were contacted and typically how fast, and how many haven't been contacted yet. Contacted means anyone on your team called, texted or emailed them in FUB after Trevy flagged them. The section also counts alert tasks marked done or deleted without being done, and says where hot leads nobody reaches go. When an agent had four or more hot leads and left at least three in four uncontacted, the report says so.

During a practice week this section is called What Trevy would have flagged. It shows how many of those leads your team reached on its own, with a Turn alerts on button.

Hot leads nobody has contacted. Up to five contacts with still no call, text or email two days after Trevy flagged them, hottest first, each linked to the contact in FUB.

How is Trevy doing? One-tap answers: whether last week's hot-lead alerts were Too many, About right or Too few (when alerts ran), whether the report was Useful or Not useful, and Tell Trevy for anything else.

What's in the daily note

The daily note covers yesterday, midnight to midnight in your time zone, and what's still waiting on your team. It shows only the parts that have something in them:

Hot leads. How many hot leads Trevy flagged yesterday, and how many someone on your team has called, texted or emailed since, and who. It also lists hot leads nobody reached in time that Trevy moved yesterday, and where they went. During practice it says what Trevy would have flagged and moved, and how many your team reached on its own.

Still waiting. Hot leads Trevy flagged in the last seven days that nobody on your team has called, texted or emailed yet, longest waiting first. Each shows whose lead they are, or which pond they're in, and how long ago Trevy flagged them.

Tour requests waiting. Tour requests for times still to come that are waiting for the agent to confirm or offer other times, with the time the lead asked for and how long it has been waiting on the agent.

These two lists show up to five each, then say how many more there are. Each contact is linked to them in FUB.

A morning with news is one with any of these: a hot lead flagged or moved yesterday, a hot lead still waiting, or a tour request waiting. On other mornings no note comes.

Changing settings from the report

Some links change a setting without logging in.

In the weekly report:

  • Turn alerts on, after a practice week.
  • Switch to the tag, offered when an agent is falling behind: hot leads get the Trevy Hot tag instead of a task.
  • Change where they go, for hot leads nobody reaches.
  • At the bottom: Change the day, get a short daily note too (when you get only the weekly report), get only the daily note, and stop this report.

In the daily note, at the bottom:

  • Get the weekly report instead, when the note is all you get.
  • Stop the daily note. If you get the weekly report too, it keeps coming. If the note is all you get, this turns the report off.

Opening a link only shows what the change will do, and for a change to the report, what you'll get after it. Nothing changes until you press the button on that page. Change the day lists the days to pick from, with Save. Links work for 30 days after the report.

Picking a new day, or how often the report comes, from a link also turns the report back on if you'd stopped it.

Change what Trevy does, at the bottom of both emails, and Change this, under the follow-through section, open Settings → Alerts and reports in Trevy.

If you answer that alerts were Too many, Trevy offers to switch to the tag or put alerts back in practice. Answering Too few during a practice week offers to turn alerts on.

For more on the alerts themselves, see Hot-lead alerts.
