Monthly market reports
Who gets a monthly market report email, when it goes, what's in it, and how to set up the page it opens on with Your page.
Updated October 20, 2026
Once a month, each contact your team picked gets a short email from their agent with a link to their own market report: a live page for their area, on their agent's page.
What's in the email
The subject names their area, for example "Your market report for" followed by the area. Trevy tries a few ways of writing it and sends more of the one contacts click most. The email greets them by first name, says their latest market report is ready, and has a View your market report button in the page's primary brand color. Follow Up Boss adds the agent's signature and its unsubscribe link. Apart from the name and area, it's the same for everyone.
The report page shows the area's numbers, such as homes for sale, median list price, new listings, days on market, price per square foot, homes under contract and homes sold this month, along with a market gauge and the current mortgage rate. It updates with the latest data, so the same link stays current. From the page a contact can look at other ZIP codes, see their buying power, or ask for their home's value.
Who gets it
A contact gets a report when all of these are true:
- They're in the stages and tags your team picked on the Contacts page, and not on your Leave out list. With no stage or tag picked, no reports go out. See Choosing who Trevy emails.
- They aren't an agent, lender or vendor. See How Trevy tells buyers from sellers.
- They have an email address and an assigned agent in FUB.
- Trevy knows their area: the address on their FUB record, or your Default market on the Contacts page. Contacts with neither are left out.
- They haven't unsubscribed. See Unsubscribes and opt-outs.
- Trevy isn't holding their emails while it waits for them to answer a check-in. See Contacts who stop answering.
On the Emails page, Monthly market report must be on. Your account also needs a page on Your page, sending through FUB set up, and a running trial or plan. Reports don't depend on the Follow-up emails switch. Switching Monthly market report off stops the monthly emails.
When a contact explores a different ZIP code on their report, or keeps looking at homes in another ZIP, their next report is for that ZIP.
When it goes
- The first report goes soon after a contact qualifies.
- After that, each contact gets theirs on the same date every month: the date of their first report, with the last day of a shorter month standing in. Two reports are never less than 14 days apart.
- When a contact has a follow-up email due within 7 days, or got one in the last 3 days, the report waits until that stretch passes.
- When a contact has shown a usual hour, a report due that day waits for that hour, if it's later the same day and not in your quiet hours. See Sending hours and time zones.
- With Hold them during quiet hours too on (under Monthly market report on the Emails page), reports keep to your quiet hours, or 9pm to 8am when you haven't set any. It's on unless you switch it off.
- An account sends at most 100 reports an hour and 250 in any 24 hours. Contacts who have never had one go first, then those who have waited longest.
What a report tells you
When a contact opens their report from the email, Trevy logs the visit in FUB and tags them market-report-viewer. When follow-up emails are on, opening it can also move them into the Re-engaged flow, unless they're already in the New Lead or Property Hot flow. The buyer and home-value forms on the page send the contact to FUB, tagged buyer-intent or seller-intent, with a note. See Home-value emails.
Your page shows how your report page is doing over the last 30 days: Views, Visitors, Intakes (form submissions) and Sent, then a Conversion Funnel of how visitors move through your report, Lead Intent (buyer and seller clicks) with your Top Markets, Daily Views (7 days) and Recent Intakes. The team lead sees the whole team's. An agent on the team sees their own page's.
Your page
Your page is where your contacts' reports open, with your name, photo, brokerage and colors. Every agent on your team has their own. A contact's report, and the links in their market updates and check-ins, open on their assigned agent's page. A contact whose agent hasn't made one gets the team lead's page.
On Your page, the Agent Profile card has:
- Headshot and Company Logo: click Upload photo or Upload logo.
- Display Name and URL Slug (both needed). The slug is your page's address: reports.trevy.io/ and your slug.
- Email, Phone, Title, Company, License Number and Bio.
- Brand Colors: Primary, Secondary and Accent. Switch on Apply brand color to CTAs & labels to use your primary color for buttons and highlights on report pages.
- Social Links: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and your website, shown on your report pages.
Click Create Profile the first time, and Update Profile after that. An agent on a team starts with the team's company, logo, colors and website filled in, and their own name and email from FUB.
Once your page is saved, Your Report Link gives you a link to your report for the team's default market, with buttons to copy or open it. Share it yourself, or use it in your own FUB automations.
For the team lead, and agents who are an Owner or Admin in FUB, Your page also has How Trevy sounds, the voice of the team's follow-up emails. See How Trevy's emails work.
Until the team has a page, no reports go out, and setup asks you to "Add your name, photo and business so reports are signed by you."
What you can change
